Eating Disorder Assessments, Evaluations & Consultation

Amy provides comprehensive eating disorder assessments, evaluations, and consultation for adolescents and adults experiencing disordered eating, body image concerns, restrictive eating patterns, binge eating, purging behaviors, compulsive exercise, and related emotional or family

concerns.

Services may include diagnostic clarification, emotional and behavioral assessment, treatment recommendations, referrals to appropriate outpatient, medical, nutritional, or higher-level care providers, and consultation to determine the most appropriate level of care. Recommendations may consider outpatient therapy, nutritional counseling, IOP, PHP, residential treatment, inpatient hospitalization, medical monitoring, or other specialized supports when clinically indicated.

Therapy For
First Responders

Amy provides trauma-informed therapy and wellness-focused support for police officers, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, and first responders navigating the emotional impact of public safety work.

Treatment may focus on cumulative trauma exposure, PTSD symptoms, occupational burnout, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation, relationship strain, critical incident stress, and strengthening healthy coping and resilience strategies.

Court Consultation And  Family Law Support.

Amy offers court-informed consultation services related to high-conflict family systems, parent-child contact concerns, reunification therapy, treatment planning, and professional collaboration with attorneys, Guardians ad Litem, and other providers when clinically appropriate.
