Amy has over 20 years of behavioral health experience across outpatient, hospital, community-based, child and family, eating disorder, trauma, and private practice settings. Her prior experience includes working collaboratively with medical providers in eating disorder treatment, leading higher levels of care such as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and providing clinical services within inpatient hospital and residential treatment settings.

Amy is EMDR trained and an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Virginia Board of Social Work, and a member of NASW, EMDRIA, AFCC, and APSAC. Her work emphasizes clinical clarity, compassion, structure, trauma-informed support, and strengthening emotional resilience within individuals and family systems.
